our last camp,spot

We are in a river bed but the total amount of rain last year was 85mls so I do not think we will be flooded out
The tents are up high and we have a small climb to our tents.   This is a proper bush camp. millions od flies and masses of very small ants.
We left swakopmund this morning, going into a posh district. lovelubhouses and gardens along a sea wall ...there were large flocks,of,pink flamingoes
We drove once again  across the Namib desert but aling th west side of Namibia, crossing over two passes....the slight air con was very welcome
We stopped for a "potty" stop and discovered gin and tonic...the first of this trip, travelling with cheery Australians they called the end of the day the beer hour...we have been drinking beer
For dinner here we will get wine at the table but I can see that eating witjout consuming flies is going
to be a challenge.
