Ciara found some morels in the forest so yesterday James and the girls went "mushrooming" They came home with a good number of Morels... the french say moree We took them to the pharmacy where there is usually someone who can decide whether or not they are edible. That person was not there but the store was filled with people who immediately said.. yes those are Morels. When you split them length wise they are hollow inside and the caps are well attached to the stem etc. etc.

thus advised James soaked these Mushrooms in salty water ( wow what a lot of creepies came out )
Then James dried them and breaded them and cooked them.. Reluctantly we ate them. This morning Catriona and I are feeling seedy..is it psychological? then we read that when you eat wild mushrooms you should not drink alcohol... you might say.. now they tell us?
